Eng. Ahmed ElSayed

CEO and Co-founder

A strategic business and technology leader with over 30 years of experience managing major projects across multiple countries. Holding an MBA in International Business Administration and PMP certification, his career includes leadership roles at Accenture in Canada and as Chief Operations Officer at EAIG/Zcare in the UAE. His expertise spans digital transformation, business strategy, project management, and operational excellence.

Prof. Mayy ElHayawi

Executive Director

A visionary educational expert with over 30 years of international experience, she develops gamified TESOL programmes, leads e-learning teams, and trains educators and senior executives. An Associate Professor of English Literature and IELTS examiner in Canada, she was a Fulbright Scholar at Stanford University and an invited speaker at Yale, Stanford, and UC Berkeley. Her expertise spans instructional design, accessibility, assessment, and professional development.

Prof. Hanane Benali

Academic Director

Head of Department at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, Spain, and a PhD graduate of Universidad de Salamanca. Her international academic career includes roles at UNIR and the American University of the Middle East. A CertAcles examiner and supervisor of over 100 master’s dissertations, she specialises in teacher education, bilingual learning, applied linguistics, and assessment.

Prof. Lilit Bekaryan

Assessment Director

An accomplished teacher educator and CELTA tutor with over 24 years of experience, she combines a PhD in English Philology with Cambridge CELTA and DELTA qualifications. Her career includes ELT programme leadership at British Council Armenia and teacher training for the Peace Corps. Her expertise spans teacher development, assessment design, mentoring, e-learning, and the integration of AI into language education.

Eng. Rasha Sayed

Course Design Director

Rasha brings 30 years of experience across education, interior design, and educational technology. She combines educational insight, creativity, and design thinking to develop engaging courses that connect learning goals with meaningful learner experience

Eng. Soha Hassan

Graphic Design Director

With 20 years of experience in graphic design, Soha brings creativity and a strong visual perspective to educational materials and communications. Her work helps transform ideas into clear, engaging designs that support learning and reflect the organisation’s identity.

Eng. Saifullah ElSayed

Software Development Manager

A software engineering graduate of McGill University in Canada, Saifullah brings seven years of experience across multiple countries. He combines technical expertise with an international perspective to support the development of reliable digital platforms and accessible learning experiences.

Eng. Mohanad Mohamed

Technical Support Manager

A University of Ottawa software engineering graduate, Mohanad brings experience working on major projects across different countries. His international project background informs a practical, solution-focused approach to technical coordination, problem-solving, and support.

Ms. Wafaa Awny

Operation Manager

Wafaa brings 15 years of experience in teaching and administrative support across different countries. Her background combines an understanding of learners’ needs with organizational skills, supporting the smooth coordination of educational programs and daily operations.

Ms. Zuhour Bashir

Student Support Team Leader

Zohour brings experience in English language teaching, administrative support, and competition coordination. She draws on this background to guide learners, respond to enquiries, and support students throughout their educational programs and international competition journeys.

Public Relations Manager

With 15 years of experience in media and public relations, Sayed brings a strong communications perspective to the team. His work supports public engagement, professional relationships, and clear communication about the organisation’s programs, events, and achievements.

Ms. Judy Basem

Student Support Assistant

As Student Support Assistant, Judy helps learners with everyday enquiries and programme information. Her role supports clear communication and a welcoming experience, helping students stay informed and connected throughout their learning journey.
