Acceptable Use Policy

How everyone is expected to use our websites, courses and community spaces.

Last updated: 20 October 2026

The short version

1. Who this applies to

This policy applies to everyone who uses our technology: our websites, learning platform, courses, live sessions, community spaces, social media and email. That includes learners, parents, tutors, assessors, partners and visitors. Breaking it may lead to the actions described below and in our Terms and Conditions.

2. Please do

  • Keep your login details private, and use only your own account.
  • Be respectful and constructive with tutors, staff and other learners.
  • Submit your own work, and reference the sources you use.
  • Tell us about any security problem or suspected misuse straight away.

3. You must not

  • Share your login, use someone else’s account, or let someone else study or sit assessments for you.
  • Copy, share, sell or publish our course content, quiz or exam questions, assignments or other learners’ work.
  • Post anything that is abusive, harassing, discriminatory, sexually explicit, defamatory, misleading or illegal.
  • Send spam, phishing messages or unsolicited advertising.
  • Upload viruses or malware, scan or probe our systems, or try to get around security or access controls.
  • Overload our systems, for example with automated scraping or bots.
  • Use our technology for illegal activities or to harm our reputation.
  • Infringe anyone’s copyright, trademarks or other rights, or share confidential information.

4. Using AI tools

You may use AI tools to help you research, brainstorm and practise, unless an assessment says otherwise. Work you submit for assessment must be your own, and you remain responsible for its originality and accuracy. Presenting AI-generated work as your own is malpractice.

5. Reviews and community posts

We welcome honest reviews and discussion. Reviews must be about your own genuine experience. We may remove posts that break this policy, but we do not remove honest negative reviews.

6. What happens if this policy is broken

We may remove content, warn you, suspend your access or end your enrolment, without a refund, depending on how serious the breach is. Where the law requires, we may report it to the authorities or the awarding organisation. To report a breach, email support@teflwonderland.com with the subject “Report”.

7. Changes to this policy

We review this policy at least once a year. The date at the top shows the latest version.
