About The Competition

The Creative Teacher Award (CTA) is an international competition that honors outstanding teachers around the world. In collaboration with Gatehouse Awards and CERTVERA this award shines a light on educational technology, global citizenship, assessment, and accessibility.

Eligibility

• Global Access: All teachers, trainers, department heads, stage principals and academic coordinators worldwide, regardless of their employment status (full-time or part-time) or subject specialization can apply for the Creative Teacher Award (CTA). Applications can be submitted in English, Arabic, French and Spanish.

Special Awards for Winners

• Free all-inclusive 4-day trip to Egypt & Cash Awards: Winners of the Creative Teacher Award (CTA) will receive a free all-inclusive 4-day trip to Egypt to attend the Global Finals Ceremony. For those unable to travel, the cash awards are $500 for the 1st place winner, $300 for the 2nd place winner, and $200 for the 3rd place winner.
• STEM & Leadership Camp in Niagara Falls-Canada: The top 10 teachers globally will receive a 15% discount on the registration fees for the Wonderland STEM & Leadership Camp in Niagara Falls, Canada.
• Wall of Fame: Winners showcased on TEFL Wonderland Wall of Fame.
