Which TESOL/TEFL certificate is required?
Your TESOL/TEFL certificate should be regulated by the UK, Australian or US Government. This means that the certificate is accredited by a government body such as Ofqual in UK.
Should I be a native speaker?
No, non-native speakers can join the program. To be eligible, your English proficiency level should be C1 or above. You will have to take a proficiency test to be hired in Vietnam or Cambodia.
Does the program cover accommodation?
Yes, the program fees cover accommodation for the first 9 days. For the In-Class Level-5 Qualification, the fees cover accommodation for the entire duration of the program (25 days).
Does the program cover flights to Vietnam or Cambodia?
No, the program fees do not cover flights to Vietnam or Cambodia.
Does the program include TEFL/TESOL training?
Yes, the program includes in-class guided teaching practice sessions. It also includes observing ESL classes and employment support.Â
What happens after I register in this program?
After paying the registration fees, the program coordinator will contact you to confirm your eligibility and help you get ready for travelling to Vietnam or Cambodia. Two weeks before departure, you will pay the rest of the program fees.Â
How much can I earn when I teach in Vietnam or Cambodia?
The average net salary of ESL teachers in Vietnam is 1,700 to 2,000 USD. In Cambodia, the average net salary is 1,300 to 1,600 USD/month.Â
