What is included in the camp fee?
The camp fee of $2,800 includes full-board accommodations, three meals and two snacks daily, airport transfers, transportation for all excursions, and comprehensive training programs for students, parents, and educators.
What types of activities and excursions are offered?
Camp participants will enjoy a variety of activities, including excursions to Canada’s Wonderland amusement park, the Niagara Falls Hornblower Cruise, Clifton Hill, and WildPlay Niagara Adventure Course. On-site, students can participate in robotics, chemistry projects, and team-building games, plus classic camp activities like Capture the Flag and campfire nights.
What training sessions are available for students?
Students engage in hands-on STEM sessions covering robotics, coding, chemistry, and leadership principles. They can also join career-oriented workshops focused on fields like engineering, medicine, and business.
Are there any workshops for parents and educators?
Yes, parents and educators can participate in specialized workshops on emotional intelligence, promoting a growth mindset, memory-building, effective communication, and stress relief techniques.
Is the camp supervised?
Absolutely. The camp provides 24/7 supervision, including dorm security and healthcare services, to ensure all participants have a safe and enjoyable experience.
How do accommodations and meals work?
Participants stay in double-room dormitories with accommodations separated by age and purpose: students are housed in one building, while parents and educators are in another. Dorms are gender-specific, with shared washrooms and showers located at the end of each corridor on each floor. All dietary needs are catered to, with three healthy meals and two snacks provided each day.
What travel documents are required?
International students require either a Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) or an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) to enter Canada. Study permits are not required, and an invitation letter is provided to assist with visa applications.
Are airport transfers included in the price?
Yes, airport transfers are included. Transportation is provided upon arrival, departure, and for all excursions.
Are plane tickets included in the camp price?
No, plane tickets are not included. Participants are responsible for arranging their own airfare to and from the camp location.
Is there a refund policy if we need to cancel?
The registration deposit is non-refundable.
However, refunds for the remaining balance (excluding the registration deposit) are available for cancellations made before April 1, 2026.
Cancellations made between April 1 and June 1, 2026, are subject to a 50% administration fee.
No refunds will be issued after June 1, 2026.
What happens if our visa is denied?
In the case of a visa denial, to be eligible for a refund, the visa application must have been submitted by March 15th, 2026, and proof of visa refusal must be provided. In all cases, the registration deposit is non-refundable.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes, you can pay 25% of the camp price by December 2025, with the remaining balance due by March 2026.
